• YONI, PUNDAI YOGA
The ancient Hindu Vedas such as YajurVeda, SamVeda, Rigveda,Atharvanaveda contain the word yoni in various contexts. The original meaning of yoni was "Divine Passage". A child was considered to be born from a yoni of stars - constellations that prevailed during the child birth. The Aryans had identified some 50,000 astrological yonis that favour a child's birth. The term yoni was also used in agricultural references by the Aryans. A fertile yoni meant a good harvest of crops. The first reference to Yoni or Pundai to mean the female Vagina was contained in Ayurveda. Yoni Massage developed as a form of foreplay for women in the harems of the ancient Indian kings and emperors. These rulers had dozens of wives and hence, were unable to satisfy the carnal desires of all of them. In fact, some members of the harem never had sexual relations with the king more than once or twice. In order to keep these harem women from having sexual trysts with servants, the kings used to have eunuchs perform yoni massage or vaginal or clitoral masturbation of their wives. Today, Yoni Massage may be used to relax the vagina and to prepare it for the ultimate ecstasy through orgasm during sexual intercourse with a phallus.

Yoni Puja or the Holy Mass of the Vagina or Pundai can be done using a YANTRA or a symbolic representation of the vulva or using a real STRI (female). The pundai puja done using yantra does not produce the same effects as yoni puja done using a real human vagina. Kumari Yoni Puja is a low-intensity pundai puja in which a virgin girl of 16 to 18 years of age is worshipped through performing a mass on her vagina. The woman at the center of worship is called the YOGINI, and the puja is intended to bestow fertility upon the young yogini. The YOGINI receives blessings and is not able to offer blessings to the worshippers. The STRI-PUJA, on the other hand, is performed on the vagina or pundai of a woman who is capable of producing libations from her vaginal cavity. The libations or love-juices flowing from her vagina or pundai, when mixed with other libations such as honey, yoghurt, water, olive oil, and milk, are offered as 'prasad' to the yoni-puja participants. The five liquids, representing the five elements of Indian cosmology, are poured consecutively over the Yoni, and are collected in a vessel below the thighs. The final mixture, resulting from the five libations and empowered by such direct and intimate contact with the (living) Goddess, is then consumed by those present at the ritual. This means that once these substances have been offered to Her, She, having purified and energized the libations through her yoni, returns the offering as a gift to her pundai worshippers. This form of Yoni puja or pundai yoga involves a woman who is bathed in milk and water, her pudenda and anus thoroughly cleaned, and brought into the Yoni Puja room where she sits with her legs spread and the outer lips of her vagina or yoni splayed so that the worshippers can have a clear view of her divine passage of life or pundai. Her vagina is then washed with libations containing five liquids symbolising the five elements of the cosmos, and the libations after making direct contac with her vagina or cunt flows through her thighs into her anal cavity before being collected in a container. The libations, thus purified and empowered by contact with the yoni or cunt is offered to the yoni puja participants, who drink the libations for energy and good luck. Then, each participant in the pundai puja approaches the stri and touches her clitoris and vulva using a rose or peacock feather. The yoni is thus aroused and produces more libations. The libations secreting from the pundai are then collected and offered to women who seek to get prenant or want to conceive. The stri-puja is also used to build erotic tension in men so that they can please their women with sexual intercourse. In one form of Rahasya Stri-Puja or "secretive Pundai puja", the man to be initiated has to play the part of a domestic servant in a woman's household, slowly progressing toward an intimate relationship with her. At first he sleeps in the same room with her, but on the floor, while she sleeps on the bed. After two weeks he joins her in bed, but at her feet; then beside her, but clothed. Then he lies beside her nude, fondling and caressing her. Then he has intercourse with her, but without ejaculation of his semen into his lover's vaginal cavity. He stops his ejaculation, relaxes, and then performs sexual intercourse on the woman. This process is repeated several times until the woman begs him to empty his love juices and life-giving semen into her cunt (derived from KUNTI, the mother of the Pancha Pandavas and Karna, who was conceived without sexual intercourse; KUNTI or CUNT is the personification of the fertility in woman, although cunt is used in pejorative sense in modern times). The Rahasya Stri-Puna is culminated by the man ejaculating into the female vagina, while the woman achieves orgasmic ecstacy as a result of repeated copulations. The Rahasya Stri-Puja also involves stimulating the Kundi (the anus): the anus symbolizes the flower 'rose' whereas the Yoni or the Cunt symbolizes the flower 'lotus'. The anus hole symbolizes the 'petals of rosebud' and a 'Stri' must be enjoyed by licking the rose petals on her anus and, in some instances, through penetration of the anus, if the Stri so commands.
• YONI TANTRA, LINGA PUJA
In the Yoni Puja that is part of Yoni Tantra, the practitioner is alone with the woman who has agreed to serve as the focus of energies, to serve as a representative of the Goddess. The woman participating in such pundai puja may be one's married wife, or his lover, an initiate or perhaps a veshya, a paid and professional woman specializing in such services. The man performing the yoni-tantric puja sits in front of and between the pundai-stri's opened legs clearly showing the splayed vaginal lips. With complete concentration and with unwavering awareness, the worshipper will go through a cycle of ritual actions as he engages in Yoni Tantra, each of which - once more - represents one of the five elements of the cosmos. With the element ether in mind, he will move his hands across most of her body in large circles, ranging from her legs to her breasts, repeating these movement over and over. During the next stage, and with the element air in mind, he will restrict the movements of his hands to her belly and thighs; once more repeating his strokes several times. During stage three, with the attention becoming focused now on the Yoni or her pundai (vagina) and representing the element fire, the genital area is stroked - again and again - in a repetitive upward movement. Next, the direction of stroking is changed and, symbolizing the element water, the Yoni's head or clitoris is stroked downward. Finally, after a process that may have taken the better part of an hour, the element earth is given expression by pressing one hand, softly but firmly, against the woman's Yoni; resting there until the ritual finds its natural end. The climax of this ritual is the profuse delivery of vaginal libations, which are then licked and swallowed by the 'pujari' or the man performing the Tantric Yoni Puja. This form of tantric yoni yoga is usually followed by LINGA PUJA in which the male penis is worshipped by the Pundai-Stri who blessed the pujari with her vaginal libations. She will move her hands across his body in large circles, starting from his legs to his breasts and then finally concentrating her attention on the LINGA or the erect penis. She will then hold the erect Linga in her hand and stroke it gently, and then more vigorously until the Linga blesses her with its libations. Sometimes, the yoni-stri will take the Penile libations in her mouth, with the erect Lingam shooting its life-giving seminal fluids into her mouth, and takes the spent penis in her mouth and suck its juices in order to get the Lingam (penis) re-energized.She then craves more of the Linga and She must now seek Shanthi (orgasm), lest she turn into an animal empowered by uncontrallable carnal instincts. She takes the male Lingam to the mouth (vulva) of her divine passage or Yoni, and enjoys the warmth of the throbbing penis. The male penis must now enter the female vagina and bless the innards of the vagina with its libations and love juices. The warm embrace of the Lingam by the unctuous Yoni creates a SANGAM (union) that generates cosmic energy that leads to liberation or a state of Nirvana that must be experienced to be appreciated. The clitoris becomes engorged with blood and throbs in sheer orgasmic ecstacy as the state of Nirvana prevails as a result of this sangam (union).

• YONI YAGNA, CELEBRATION OF CUNT
Chandamaharosanatantra states that juices flowing out of the Yoni or the Vagina are life-sustaining nectar of the lotus flower. A healthy vagina is the cleanest part of a female anatomy, and the nectar gushing out of the Yoni or Cunt is likened to life-giving and sustaining honey. Yoni Yagna sessions celebrate the cunt and the rituals are intended to arouse the female to a state of orgasm in which the cunt or vagina produces adharamadhu, which is then consumed by the Yoni Yagna devotees. The Yoni Sastra commands, "Eat my essence, my nectar! Drink the waters of my release! This is the cleansing diet, eaten by all Yonistas". The legend has it that the creator, Brahma, was so fascinated with his creation, the female Vagina, that he squeezed the nectaries of a billion flowers and made them flow out of the Yoni. The clitoris is the nectary of the flower of Yoni, and by squeezing the clitoris, nectar gushes out of the Yoni. The secretions from the female vagina or the pundai symbolize the nectar of a flower, and Yoni Puja involves drinking the nectar flowing out of the vagina in hopes of achieving eternal life, virility, and fertility. The love juices flowing out of a vagina are referred to as 'adharamadhu' or 'honey from down below' and symbolize the potions created by Lord Brahma, the creator the Universe according to Hindu Mythology. Yoni Yagna (sacrifice to the Yoni) involves surrendering one's soul to the Yoni, and beseeching the Goddess Shakthi symbolized in the Yoni to feed one with life-giving "bhavapushpa", the nectar of the flower of yoni.

In some Tantric Rituals, the menstrual flow from a woman is considered to be the life-sustaining blood and must be consumed by the devotees of the Yoni. The menstrual flow from the vagina of a woman who has not had sexual intercourse is referred to as 'raktachandana' or 'red sandalwood paste'. Drinking the menstrual flow from such a woman is liberating and has magical powers to cure a person of his or her illnesses. The first menstrual flow from the vagina of a woman after defloration, 'swayambu', if drunk, is expected to increase the virility of men. 'Bhavapushpam', the very first menstrual flow from the vagina of a young girl, if drunk, is expected to bestow eternal life on those drinking the nectar. In certain forms of Yoni Tantra, the blood produced by breaking the hymen during the first sexual intercourse with the woman is considered health-giving elixir and consumed by the man whose lingam penetrates the virgin cunt to break the hymen.

The yogini, the young girl who has achieved puberty but not yet had sexual intercourse, is specifically trained not be become sexually aroused by all the attention to her body, and especially her Yoni; in these Tantric practices the sexual energies are awakened on purpose. Here, the Yoni is not only adored and worshipped, but also stimulated and excited, sometimes even penetrated; depending on which holy scripture a specific sect follows. The practitioners of this form of Yoni Tantra do not consume the ceremonial mixture of honey, milk, yoghurt, and water. Instead, the most esoteric of Tantrics, in their most secret modes of worship, consume the juices of love produced by the woman/Goddess - or by mingling the female juices with those of the male. Two thirds of the thus generated 'divine nectar'from the woman's cunt are then mixed with wine and are drunk by the congregation; the remaining one third is offered to the Goddess. Sometimes, this type of Yoni Puja is also celebrated with a menstruating woman, producing an even more powerful liquid, known as yonipushpa (flower of the Yoni). Although this is a practice forbidden by most texts and within many sects, it is specifically advocated in the hard-core version of Yoni Tantra.
In certain tantric rituals, the distinction is made between a vagina and a Cunt, both symobilizing the cosmic power of the Shakthi. The word Cunt is derived from Kunti, the virgin mother of Karna in Mahabharata and who epitomizes eternal fertility. The word cunt is a variation of the Middle English 'cunte' and the Middle low German 'Kunte', both words derived from 'Kunti', the eternal virgin. In Yoni Tantra, the word Cunt is associated with the Yoni of a woman who has had sexual intercourse several times or borne many offsprings, and symbolizes eternal fertility. The transformation of Vagina (pundai) to Cunt is a process that involves the woman producing many children through active sexual experience.

TANTRIC SEX
Tantra (pronounced tun-tre) , in both Hinduism and Buddhism,is an esoteric tradition of ritual and yoga known for elaborate use of mantra, or symbolic speech, and mandala, or symbolic diagrams such as Yoni Chakra. Tantric practices involved in Hindu tamtra (more than in Buddhist tantra) the ritual use of wine, meat, and sexual intercourse. Tantric practices use both ritual and meditation to unify the devotee with the chosen deity. In Hindu Tantra, practice is graded into three types, corresponding to three classes of devotees: the animal, people in whom the guna, or quality, of tamas (darkness) dominates; the heroic, people in whom the guna (quality) of rajas (activity) dominates; and the divine, people in whom the quality of sattva (goodness) dominates.

The practice of the heroic Yoni Tantra devotee entails actual use of the five elements of the Cosmos, called the five m's: fish (matsya), meat (mamsa), wine (madya), aphrodisiac cereals (mudra), and sexual intercourse (maithuna). The animal devotee of Yoni Tantra, not yet ready for the heroic practice, performs the rituals with material symbols and for the divine devotee of Yoni Tantra, the rituals are purely internal and symbolic. The object of the rituals such as chanting mantras to eulogize the Yoni, the divine passage, performed only by the divine devotee, is to awaken kundalini energy, which is identified with the Goddess Shakti, and to merge with the Godhead. Kundalini yoga, especially associated with Tantra, is based on the physiology of the “subtle body,” according to which seven major centers of psychic energy, called chakras, are located along the spinal column, with the kundalini, or “coiled” energy in latent form, located at the base of the spine. When the kundalini is activated by Yoni Yoga that involves active sexual intercourse, it ascends the spine through the main subtle artery of the sushumna, “opening” each chakra in turn. When the kundalini reaches the topmost chakra in the brain, samadhi is attained. SAMADHI is a state of deep absorption in the object of meditation -- in Yoni Yoga, the Vagina or Pundai -- and is a goal that is shared by many different forms of Yoga including Pundai Yoga. In Buddha Tantric practices, the term 'samadhi' refers to any state of one-pointed concentration but in Hindu Tantric practices it signifies the highest levels of mystical contemplation of the divinity of the Yoni, in which the individual consciousness becomes identified with the Godhead. Yoni is symbolized in the 'Shakthi' whose 'stana' (breasts) symbolize 'divine fruits' that must be squeezed to draw out the 'honey' (madhu) from the Yoni or Vagina. The 'clitoris' symbolizes the nectary of flower, which contains the concentrated essence of the life-sustaining juices that flow from the Cunt. In Hindu Tantra, the concept of Shakthi, viewed as distinct from the physical manifestation of the Shakthi, personifies the dynamic, manifesting energy that creates the universe, while the male god represents the static, unmanifest aspect of the divine reality. In Buddhist Tantra, or Vajrayana, which significantly differs from the Hindu Tantra, the female principle of “wisdom” (prajna) is seen as static, whereas the male, or “means” (upaya), is active. In Buddhism, rituals that appear to break basic moral precepts have for the most part been dropped, but the complex meditation practices have been retained. It is uncommon for a practitioner of Buddha Tantra to engage in Sexual Intercourse with the Yoni as a result of engaging in Yoni Puja. In Hindu Tantra, however, the heroic Tantrics culminate their Yoni Puja rituals with sexual intercourse with the Yoni and with the drinking of the "adharamadhu"  (nectar from the vagina or pundai).

• PUNDAI PUJA ON SHAKTHI
Nude Pundai Yoga as it is practised during the Nude Yoga sessions conducted by Nirvana Society will use the 'divine version' of the Yoni Tantra in which 'Samadhi' is achieved through visual contemplation of the female Yoni or Pundai. The activation of the 'kundalini' is achieved through visual stimulus provided by the gaping vagina belonging to a female Shakthi, with the activated Kundalini opening up successive chakras along the spinal column leading to SHANTHI or SAMADHI. The Nirvana Society's Nude Pundai Yoga rituals also involve adoration and washing of the Pundai or Vagina using the five liquids - honey, milk, yoghurt, water, and olive oil. The libations, purified and energized by the Yoni of the Shakthi is then offered as Prasad to the Tantrics. Once the Tantrics reach a state of Samadhi, Nirvana is actualized leading to Shanthi (ecstatic liberation) and eternal happiness. OM SHANTHI, SHANTHI, SHANTHIHI!
